At Brakeless, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
We've got you covered if:
- Your item arrives defective or damaged
- There's a misprint or manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item
To file a claim: Email us at [info@brakelessclothingco.com] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered (check our size guide before you buy!)
- Change of mind
- Items damaged after delivery
