No Brakes on Quality — Our Return Policy
At Brakeless, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
We've got you covered if:
- Your item arrives defective or damaged
- There's a misprint or manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item
To file a claim: Email us at info@brakelessclothingco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered (check our size guide before you buy!)
- Change of mind
- Items damaged after delivery
Package lost or missing? If it hasn't arrived 7 days after its estimated delivery date, email us and we'll track it down. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can't cover orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
