Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage caused by wear

  • With original tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or item are subject to availability.


Free Return Shipping

Approved returns qualify for free return shipping.
There are no restocking fees.


Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

These issues are covered by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items worn or washed

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

  • Damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear

  • Final sale items

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
