Shipping policy

Brakeless Clothing is a print-on-demand brand. Each item is made especially for you after an order is placed. Because of this, shipping and delivery times are longer than traditional retail.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are custom printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time begins after an order has completed processing.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Total estimated delivery time:

  • U.S. orders: 7–14 business days

  • International orders: Up to 21+ business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.


Domestic Shipping

Brakeless Clothing currently ships within the United States. Tracking is provided for all shipped orders.


Returns & Shipping Relationship

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Because items are made to order:

  • Shipping times do not affect your return eligibility

  • Return windows begin once the order is marked as delivered

  • Free return shipping applies to approved returns

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Brakeless Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned orders may require additional processing time before reshipment.


Shipping Delays

Brakeless Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by production volume, shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience with made-to-order items.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Brakeless Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears missing, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
